A character letter is a piece of recommendation from those who know you to highlight your positive traits to judges and DAs.

In most situations, character reference letters & letters of recommendation might be helpful if you have a scheduled DUI or other court issue. A prosecutor or judge typically sees a large number of cases that come through the legal system each month, even while it isn’t a full legal or factual response to the allegations.
